Welcome to Tempered Athletic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of temperedathletic.shop and to any purchase you make from us (together, the "Services"). Tempered Athletic ("we", "us", "our") runs this store on Shopify. By visiting the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give us accurate, current information when you check out or create an account, and to keep your account login details private. You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the store's operation, or to try to access parts of the store you are not authorized to use.

We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes and appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen and on the batch the item comes from. Product descriptions are provided for general information. If a product you receive is not as described, please see our Refund Policy.

We may change product descriptions, stop selling a product, or limit quantities at any time. We do our best to keep information correct, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in a price, description or availability, we may correct it and, where needed, cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the store's currency and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing errors. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship orders as quickly as we can. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping option you choose, and any times we give are estimates, not guarantees. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier-confirmed address.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Safe use of fitness products

Exercise, strength training and recovery tools carry a risk of injury. Please read any instructions that come with a product, use it only as intended, check it for damage before each use, and stop if you feel pain. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether an activity is right for you, talk to a doctor before using our products. Information on our store is not medical advice.

8. Our content

The text, images, logos and design of this store belong to Tempered Athletic or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our store may link to or rely on services run by others, such as Shopify, payment providers and shipping carriers. Their own terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
